As reported in Newsday & Scuba Diving magazine by Bill Bleyer and seen on News 12 Longisland the return of the stolen artifacts was news that swept through the diving community. The owners of Long Island Scuba and the man who recovered them from deep within the wreck, Pat Rooney want to thank everyone in the diving community who spread the word and helped get the artifacts returned. They are still on display here at Long Island Scuba but now they are securely locked. Pat has graciously kept this display here so the public can view them and appreciate these historic pieces.
